Congratulations to MMRC Adjunct Scientist Dr. Ginny Brunton for winning Best Poster Scientific Award for “Involving women and birthing people in Canadian midwifery research governance” at the prestigious International Labour and Birth Research Conference UK Apr. 24-26, 2023!

MMRC Adjunct Scientist Dr. Anne Malott also presented “Exploring the birth environment of Canada’s first Alongside Midwifery Unit: Making Space for Midwifery in a Hospital” and MMRC Scientist Dr. Liz Darling presented “Maternal and neonatal outcomes at Canada’s first alongside midwifery unit: a cohort study using a difference in differences analysis”.
